This Uji green tea powder is blended with rich milk and sugar to achieve the perfect balance of flavor and aroma, without tasting too bitter.

Uji matcha is considered some of the highest-grade matcha in Japan, with a history of growing tea that dates back centuries to the 1100s. Only the highest-quality tea leaves are used to make matcha powder, which is often used in Japanese tea ceremonies.

Instructions

Hot matcha latte: Mix 13g (2.5 teaspoons) of matcha latte powder with 140ml of hot water (80C or above) in a cup and stir well until dissolved.

Cold matcha latte: Mix 13g of matcha latte powder with a small amount of hot water to dissolve the powder. Then add a small amount of cold water and top up the mix with ice cubes.

*Adjust accordingly with more or less water or even milk if you want to add more flavor.
